Allow automatic printing of claims

Go back to printing EOB's instead of dropping into document centre to streamline check out process for patients as we are a busy clinic and the extra steps is time consuming

Document type in the document center in larger fonts/color.

It's hard to quickly find what we need in the document center, but if the "document type" was in a larger font and different color, it would be beneficial.

Print notes entered for a document in document center
