Patient Forms folder in doc center

When my patients are updating their medical forms, they are automatically placed in the Patient Information" folder, I would like to have the ability to change the folder to the "Health History" folder.

Select multiple patients for document attachments

Be able to select multiple patients at a time to add benefit breakdown for example to entire family in document center instead of constantly going back to select "attach document by", find patient, select patient, click "attach document by" again....
