Ability to bill a family member that is not the head of family

Add an option to print statements through electronic billing statements

I would like to print my own statements to mail AND email statements to our patients. I do not want to have my mailed statements sent to QuickBill. I would like to email and print them myself.

Fix issue of batched statements not saving to document center

In the past, batched statements saved to the document center. They haven't for a year now! The only time they will save is when you do a single statement. It is nice to refer back to. The documentation is needed if you send a patient to collections.
