Choose what is on a receipt

Opt out of email statements

We have some patients that still prefer to receive a paper statement. However if we have their email address on file the statement will deliver via email. There needs to be a way to opt out and still have email address on file.

The ability to check what email an e statement was sent to.

We should be able to check from the submission history what email a statement was sent to for verification, not only the family file which may not be indicative of where the statement went.
