When moving patients to other accounts allow insurance to be pulled from other account (ie; parent being the subscriber, but creating an adult account)

When we have to move an adult "child" from their parent's account and the parent is the subscriber on the insurance it is difficult to have to create another "non-patient" just for that insured to be added to the new account. There should be a way...

Questionnaires - allow patient to choose statement delivery method

In Questionnaires, add a new Patient Information question that allows patients to choose their preferred Statement Delivery Method. Let this update the setting in the patient's Family File.

Patient language preference in family file

It would be extremely helpful to have a section that we were able to input the patients language preference that way when calling for reminders, appts, etc we could prevent a language barrier.

Edit "Hard Coded" Patient Info in Questionnaires

Since offices vary on preferences of what info they want to generate as far as "Patient Information", Insurance Information wanted, etc, I think we should be able to edit our questionnaires further than we are currently able.
