Currently, there is no way for us to indicate in a patient's account that they are a Jr., Sr., III, etc., without including it in the box along with the patient's last name. This causes problems with our patients who wish to pay using the links provided through QuickBill as the "login" for those links requires the patient to enter their name EXACTLY as we have entered it in the Family File. It would be helpful for us to have a way to indicate suffixes apart from entering it in the same box as the patient's name, similar to the way we can indicate a title for a patient separate from their name.
