Names for scanners

Dentrix should use the names we have made for the different scanners in office instead of the installed driver name. That way, when choosing which scanner to scan from, it would list "Front Desk, Office 1, Office 2" instead of "WIA-Brother MFC-L89...

View Production on Blank Day (no appts) with the Perfect Scheduling Templates

Say you were to go to a day where there are no appts yet but their are blocks for APs, SRPs, etc...would there be a way to know how much that "perfect day" production would be if it was all filled exactly like that?

Inactive patient list is not efficient

When we work the inactives, we're looking for actual inactive patients (not non-patients). We need their phone numbers (maybe the address, but not really), last visit, and last contact date. All the other info such as D-, P, gender, etc...are fodd...

Create a Journal just specifically for patient communication

It would be helpful if you could filter the journal for specific things. All the icons can get a little confusing and hard to find what you're looking for. If you could narrow the search Or create a journal specifically for communication.

For phone numbers that need a preceding digit (or digits), we need an extra space.

It's frustrating to have to hang up and call again because I didn't know there was supposed to be a "1" or "9" at the front of the phone number. My job is only as efficient as the tech I'm working with...and it's not.
