To be able to choose who the insurance pays

We are out of network with all insurance and would like the insurance to pay the patient instead of always coming to us.

Setting date for block/perfect day scheduling

Dexis setting to prevent workstation from freezing chart (not allowing x-rays to be taken)

If X-rays are opened then closed on a workstation, this occasionally freezes that chart and will not allow the operatories to take X-rays in that chart until Dentrix is shut down in all operatories.

When entering a patient insurance payment, there should be a place where you can make a note as to the patient's co-insurance amnt due.

This would be useful for anyone looking at a particular claim, to see what the EOB states the patient's co-insurance is regarding that particular DOS.
