automatically save the EOB or ins. acknowledge to Document Centre after sending claim electronically

we always have to scan back in the results after sending the claim. Either it's the the EOB or Ins. Acknowledge page that prints out. If the printer suddenly doesn't work then I don't even get the EOB right away.

Option to keep a claim open after 1st payment received, for example orthodontics has quarterly payments

This way when I run an claims aging report, it will show up on the report and I can keep an eye on it.

Need to populate field 25 for codes that are for full mouth, like d0330, d1110, d1206 etc

The software is not populating field 25 for any codes that are related to full mouth being treated, like d1110, d1206, d0330 etc.

Ability to see all the patients when posting a batch Ins payment. Screen is cut off.

There is no way to reconcile the batch amount with all the patients you have posted to because the resolution on the screen is off and it only allows you to scroll down partially to see which patients/claims have been edited.
