There is no way to reconcile the batch amount with all the patients you have posted to because the
resolution on the screen is off and it only allows you to scroll down partially to see which patients/claims
have been edited.
We recommend to check your windows resolution and if elevated to large, change it to the standard size.
All the resolutions were checked by 2 different Dentrix IT support techs. That is not the
problem. I finally got it fixed by closing the tab that says "hide posted claims" and reopening it. Then the full posted claims box appears. Hope this helps someone else.
