For printed claims, this is something that will be corrected in G7.5 update 1 (releasing in July). If using eClaims, please feel free to email me so we can have a technician look into the issue, as this field should be populating. My email is ashley.watkins@henryscheinone.com
We now have to send paper claims and fill in section 25 for the insurance companies that are requiring it. Don't understand why the software doesn't do that especially since that is the ADA guidelines to complete a claim form.
