If you are using code D7140 for an extraction we would like to add a pop up to the code so it would remind us to ask questions and look at the patient chart to see if the patient is on a blood thinner or osteoporosis drug so we can contact their Dr. or to take necessary precautions prior to the procedure or future appointments.
