Intergrating Officite into Dentrix

I would like to be able to use the office email system through dentrix, so it will show up in the office journal vs taking extra time to document all information.

Add multiple providers to entry

Add multiple providers to entry so that it shows on both providers personal journals not just in the patient journal.

Printing patient's ledger on journal

When we print a statement it shows on the journal so that we can see it at a glance but we print a lot of single or family ledgers and those do not show up on the journal. It makes it difficult to know when a stmt/ledger went out

More options for Patient Journal

It would be so helpful to have more options for the journal than Miscellaneous, reminder, phone call It would be great to be able to customize that so that the topics are obvious from a glance

Change view of items to display in office journal before it starts to load

We would like to add comments to the office journal when a patient calls to break an appointment. Dentrix already automatically adds it to office journal. We would like to add comments

List

A list of the patients we sent insurance usage letters that were entered into their journals when they were sent. We would like to be able to access this list so we can follow up with the patients that actually received the letters
