I would like to see an option to send out year end letters to an entire family using the gaurantors address. As you have this now letters are generated to individual patients some of whom are minors and a letter is mailed out to them not the parent. Also if they have a large family the could potentially receive multiple letters. There should be a way to send out letters to include all family members on the account if they have pending treatment and have them sent to the decision maker not the child.
