Change view of items to display in office journal before it starts to load

It would be helpful to be able to change the view you want in the office journal without waiting for it to load completely.

List

A list of the patients we sent insurance usage letters that were entered into their journals when they were sent. We would like to be able to access this list so we can follow up with the patients that actually received the letters

Breaking down percentage of patients per individual insurance companies

We are doing a practice analysis and this is one of the questions we would like to use. Example how many patients have Delta, UCCI, Guardian..etc. That would be very useful!

Appointment List Journal Entry Date

When looking at the unscheduled list it would be helpful to see if there is a journal entry and the date. This way you don't have to open the journal to see if the patient is called.

On the journal, please add the day of the week

When we click on the journal, it shows me the date and time of the appointment but then we have to go to the appointment book to get the day of the week.
