Add "Text Message" as an Office Journal Entry type

We use texting as a daily form of communication with patients. We need to be able to document these communications in the Office Journal.

Since the last update I am unable to save a default date on my office journal at least 2009 and has being a big inconvenience for us to have that extra steps we will like to be able to change the time frame and leave it as a DEFAULT in all computer
