Changing providers

Batch report
I think it would be VERY beneficial to have a report that would show claims that have been batched, but not esent yet. We have many claims that we are finding have been batched, but not sent to insurance yet.

Ability to remove Payment Agreement totals from 90 day past due
This will give us a better number of what is actually 90 days past due. It would be great to have a button to click when setting up a payment agreement so it won't be included in the 90 day past due.
