Collection Manager Patient Aging Beginning on Date Claim Paid/Closed

It would be helpful for a balance to begin aging the date the claim is paid/closed, so that we can filter our collections manager appropriately when we're calling patients. Also, patients wouldn't see a statement balance showing over 60 or 90 days...

Date range for archived patients

Instead of having to print every single archived patient. There should be a way to select a date range of when they were archived. Printing 216 pages worth of archived patients is completely uncalled for.
