Displayed Production and Day Sheet Match

It would be incredibly helpful if production numbers and the day sheet matched -- at least more closely. It's unclear where the production numbers are sourced. (Is it the actual appointment window? Continuing Care?)

Pull report on letters generated in Dentrix

For follow up to letters, delinquent and otherwise, sent to patients from dentrix. For Eg. It would be helpful to pull a report for a specific time frame of collection letters sent to patients.

Allow click through to family files, ledgers etc from report preview

Run any report and have active links to allow you to click on the patient to open the ledger, or family file. Huge time saver than having to open the separate module then search

charges compared to UCF for MTD and YTD

Scheduled Summary Report should use provider's schedule calendar instead of schedule setup for available time

The provider's schedule calendar allows more detail than schedule setup. For example, if there is a meeting one day, we can change the provider's schedule for that day in their calendar but the general setup stays the same because it is global.
