I know you can pick a range for the providers on the day sheet but I only need the first and last one. Prac is one that I do not need on the report but cannot inactivate because of needing it for the practice NPI. The other is a visiting specialist that I only need to print out occasionally. Unfortunately they are both in the middle alphabetically so are included in the range option.
