This would allow us to see any changes that were made in our treatment as planned & scheduled to what we actually completed. For example, a patient is scheduled for 2 anterior veneers but the treatment completed is just an office visit for whatever reason.
Another example would be a patient is scheduled for a 2 surface composite but the treatment completed is a build-up & Emax crown.
This report would not only help to prevent treatment/production from being missed but also help to prevent any patients from not being posted. And give us the ability to correct this.
