Have ability to manually keep an insurance claim on Aging. Example after partial payments. The claim looks 'received' when we are actually appealing and still working the claim and sometimes they 'fall througth the cracks' because they are not on the Insurance Aging Report.

grouping claims with payments

Can we change on the ledger, for when you post a payment for a claim whether it be from an insurance company or from a patient that it automatically groups it with the accurate date off service

customizing ledger

It would be nice to be able to customize the ledger for individuals instead having it change on all computers. For instance the colors on the ledger might work for some some people but it might make it difficult for others to read.

Automatic insurance write-offs and allowables

Dentrix used to automatically calculate for us the write-offs and allowables when entering payments. We now have to calculate it ourselves. We need to implement this again. It got rid of it in the last update.

G7.4 Electronic Claim screen

Love the new Electronic claim screen. It would be great that when you click on the ledger icon within that screen that it stays on the recent view (such as Ledger+History view) You have to change it every time.

After printing a group of billing statments, it would be nice to have a summary list of who got a statment. With info about amounts.
