On the statements that you send out to pt's...it says patient portion at the top which includes outstanding ins and then at the bottom it says, please pay this amount. Can you please make a way to delete the patient portion at the top. It is confusing my patients. Thank you
Our office receives mail at the Post Office and that should show on our statements, our physical address should show on our prescriptions. This is an inconvenience to change the address each time we print statements because we also send statements after insurance pays.
