Important -Track who posted payment in ledger

Apparently you can not track who posted a payment in the patient ledger! I always assumed you can get that from the audit trail report but apparently it only shows changes or deletions. We should be able to see which staff member posted the paymen...

Claim Attachment Glitch

When attaching xrays, if you mistakenly hit the arrow next to the drop menu twice, it closes the whole ledger. Why is double clicking even an option?

Print Patient Ledger directly to the Dentrix Document Center

Right now if you have the "dentrix document center printer" selected in office manager, it sends it to the "unfiled documents". We would like to have it send directly to the patient's document center.

Ability to create a carbon copy or dual bill divorced parents

It would be great to have an option to have a dual HOH or carbon copy selection in the case of divorced parents that want copies of statements for their kids.

mailed statements to match email statements which are better with details or patient portion

Patients are confused by paper statements. The email statement is better information of patient co pay
