Itemizing adjustments when entering insurance payments.

I think we should be able to enter adjustments that are attached to specific procedures. Just like we are able to itemize the payment, we should be able to itemize adjustments so we are able to see exactly which codes we are adjusting and how much.

emailed statements does not match print in office or quickbill statements

we do not work with insurance and have our dentrix system set that way and when statements are printed in office or sent by mail through dentrix quickbill it does not show insurance portions or estimates. estatements does show this information bec...

Keep open the provider box in a procedure after month end is closed

Occasionally a procedure gets added and put under the wrong provider and it is noticed after the month end is done. It is grayed out & can't be changed. Can that box be opened and not grayed out, so we can make the changes after month end?

Add additional filtes for the ledger page

When auditing an account, the filter to show linked transactions is great. I would be awesometo have additional filters to view only adjustments, only pmts, only charges and also only invalidated items.
