Print off a ledger that does not include our fee schedule. Something that can be sent to another dental office if needed.

Post an insurance credit card payment directly from the patient insurance claim instead of having to go to dentrix pay to process.

To be able to print the ledgers that I see on the screen

When I print the ledger to reconcile, the green information does not show. It makes it very difficult to reconcile without all of the information printing. I would like to have a means of printing exactly what is on the screen when needed.

adding any insurance changes as a ledger note

currently, any insurance changes: termination, or new insurance added or (removed), has not track record. Please consider attaching a default "note" that automatically shows up as a ledger note OR journal note.

Billing Statement to patient instead of guarantor

Guarantor isnt necessarily the one paying for the patient. So should be able to send bill to patient and not to the guarantor. Will also then show how much each familt member owes and not the whole.

printing single patient ledger-include doctor's name

we want to be able to add the providers name (not provider id) in the printout of single patient ledger and also the family ledger when we decide to print
