Please add an option to remove- current credit and previous balance on the bottom of the receipt. If it is a family ledger(several family members), It is confusing to our patients to see so many numbers in the bottom of the receipt. I suggest creating a very simple walkout statement.

I second that, all the numbers on the bottom don't add up because it is showing insurance balances which don't pertain to the patient. Also I would suggest having an option to remove future appointments on the bottom because sometimes we add them in the system as reminders to ourselves to schedule patients in the future and could be confusing for the patient because they are actually scheduled for that day yet. Just a simple receipt to give a patient as proof of their payment would truly be ideal! Thank you!
