Print Dental Codes on Ledger

It would be useful to have the Dental Codes print on the patient & family ledger reports. We have patients who use these for their HSA /flex reimbursements and they need to have the codes listed.

Simplify windows, combine family file with ledger.

It is silly that you cannot tell the patients insurance or subscriber from the ledger screen. The family file is a wasted screen and could just be built into the ledger keeping the option to toggle between family members.

Please make it to where a specific code and be assigned to a specific provider. (Example: Bleach - Product ) so it does not have to be changed each time it is added to a ledger.
