OPTION TO PRINT ADA CODES WHEN PRINTING A PATIENTS LEDGER

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THE OPTION OF PRINTING THE ADA CODES WHEN PRINTING OUT A PATIENTS LEDGER HISTORY. ALSO BEING ABLE TO PRINT A SPECIFIC DATE OF SERVICE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING HISTORY PRINTING AS WELL.
