make Chart Note (the note pad) defaulted to always visible not always hidden

A recent update has the notepad section (it's labeled Chart Notes) defaulted to always being hidden so we have to click "View" each time we want to see if there is a note or not. Please have it defaulted to View instead of Hidden. Or, once we make...

template box when its open (the size)

I would like to be able to make the area of the template larger when it is being used in the chart. When I am filling out a chart while using the template, I cannot fully see the boxes that are being used to "check mark" Does this make sense?

Add an "Undo Deleted Clinical Note" button

It would be so helpful if there was an "undo deleted clinical note" button, so if a notes gets deleted on accident, there is this option for 24 hours after the deletion occurred to reverse the action.
