Require password to delete clinical note

Clinical notes are easily deleted by accident by 1 click of a button and lost forever.

Cosigning

Only one signature

Getting rid of the option to pick any provider to sign a note. Once we have a default provider, we want to get rid of the option to choose any provider to sign. This is a big security risk.

Add "More Information" icon to clinical notes manager

The clinical note manager is so useful but is limited without the "More Information" icon accessible from the same window. It would be very helpful to be able to toggle directly from the clinical notes manager to see when patient's next appointmen...

Allow the Logged in User to be the default provider for clinical notes when adding new notes.

We Would like to the default provider in "Clinical Notes Default, be the default provider when we add the notes, instead of the primary provider in the Family File.

Ability to Filter Clinical Notes Count by Provider

The new clinical notes count feature is nice, but it would be especially helpfult to filter the count shown in the apointment book by the individual provider. This would allow doctors to keep track of their individual unsigned clinical notes.
