Removing bleeding points in Perio charting

What happened to the option to remove previous bleeding points or keep them from last charting? That was great feature and saves to much time removing them all one at a time.

Sticky note added to Chart view

Adding a post it note to display while chart is open for anything to stand out for doctor to read about patient, such as an alert if pt on blood thinner, needs par, pacemaker and type anesthetic to use.
