misc. note panel in chart
I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.

Automatic convert to UCF after treatment plan exceeds Max for PPO fees
It would be nice if Dentrix would be able to automatically switch and attach our UCF fee schedule to patients with PPO and other fee schedules when we enter Treatment in the chart when and after the maximum limits are reached for all procedures.
