I like to add when I diagnose a new pt, all the notes for gingivitis, periodontitis and just delete what is not needed. however due to limitations, I have to put these notes in another column, then cut and paste it in the chart whare I would like it.
WHY CAN'T I MAKE THE NOTES WITH INSERTS WITH ALL THE DETAILS I WANT?
