Chart orthodontics and retainers

XLDent has a great way to chart if a patient has orthodontics and retainers. It would be great to have this with Dentrix to be able to chart this when it is placed and remove when it is completed.

Add a note in the chart for a tooth

If we could click on a tooth that has a note symbol by it to see concerns over the tooth. For instance, if we crowned a tooth with a huge crack in it, it would be nice to know if the patient is symptomatic afterward. Or, if a patient had trauma to...

Option for Perio chart to eliminate pop-up

Please add an option or setting to disable the perio chart popup window that asks if I want to clear bleeding saved from previous exams. This is incredibly annoying every time I open the perio chart.

ORTHO: Adding surface paintings to teeth in the clinical chart for orthodontics and fixed retainers!

This would be incredibly helpful to see if a patient has full or limited ortho, a fixed retainer on the anteriors, or a space maintainer just by opening the chart. Then we would have insight of tx needs before the patient was sat in the chair. Thi...

Soft tissue at-a-glance

Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.

Hover over watches on tooth chart

After placing a watch on a tooth, description written in progress notes - hover over the "W" and description shows up on the tooth chart instead of having to find the tooth in progress notes.

ability to chart soft tissue similar to teeth.

if it was in chart can easily access it. otherwise, have to comb through chart notes to find the note. very time consuming.
