Charting for supernumerary teeth is an existing Dentrix capability. You can reference https://hsione.force.com/dentrix/s/article/16211 or search the Dentrix resource center for other articles and feature information.
Dentrix does not currently display or paint supernumerary teeth in the Graphic Chart. As a workaround, use Chart Notations to picture the teeth on the Chart. We will consider this enhancement for future development.
