How to upload picture for Botox injection

When we open a Patients Tooth Chart we want to see their age next to it not their chart ID on top. Example Jaqueline Rosas [22].

Its easier for Doctor and assistants to tell what age we are working with.

Lock the Toolbars on Patient Chart, Disable Option or Rights.

And option to select who have the rights to Lock and unlock the toolbars from the rights, so we can prevent any change to the toolbars.

Soft tissue at-a-glance

Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.

Recession charting should move along in perio chart

It is time consuming and annoying to have to manually move to the next area when charting recession measurements instead of moving automatically along as it does when perio charting pocket measurements.

ability to chart soft tissue similar to teeth.

if it was in chart can easily access it. otherwise, have to comb through chart notes to find the note. very time consuming.
