Please allow chart notations to be typed text instead of just drawn

Sticky note added to Chart view
Adding a post it note to display while chart is open for anything to stand out for doctor to read about patient, such as an alert if pt on blood thinner, needs par, pacemaker and type anesthetic to use.

Have a mark on the schedule that the chart notes have been done for that paitent
As patients are being seen through out he day once the chart notes is completed for that patient a symbol of some sort would appear on the completed appointment. So you would know which patients are missing chart notes.

Default Provider for Perio Chart
Would love for the computer to default to the provider that has logged in. Especially for the perio chart. This way no need to change the provider who is doing the treatment.

set referral for multiple teeth
example new patient comes in and need multiple extractions. you can select all teeth to be extracted and assign a referral to all in 1 click. we were able to do that at one time. I'm not sure why it changed.

Mixed dentition option on chart icon
The Change Primary/Permanent dentition icon should offer the option to populate early mixed dentition with permanent incisors and first molars with the remaining teeth primary.
