Separate color for referred procedures in chart

It would be extremely helpful to doctors, assistants, hygienists, and front office staff for there to be a different color for referred out procedures in the clinical chart.

EPerscribe needs to allow a button for us to auto check narcotics prescribed to any pharmacy like Softdent does. It is called a PMPD button

In Future Tx plan option
