Fix previous update claim view in ledger

Things are cut off w/ new font .... either have us adjust the Insurance Claim box so we can see the cut off bits or revert to as it was. Ex: instead of seeing "Itemized Total", it only shows "emized Total". "Rendering Provider" shows as "endering ...

virtual payment to be applied to patient ledger not guarantor ledger

Ability to merge duplicate patient charts

occasionally 2 charts get made for the same patient in error. We need the ability to combine the 2 charts without losing the patient data.

bring back the column in the search screen indicating the Provider

We used to be able to see the providing dentist in the column after you search for a patient. And in fact the make it so if we adjust the columns showing saves as a view. We remove the HOH, and SS#. And it pops back up the next time we open. Also ...

color coded pop ups

we should be able to have the option of color-code pop ups to identify the reason for it. Like a different color for billing, one for insurance, misc pt notes, medical info, etc.

Font size

It would be nice to have the option to change the font size in all modules especially ledger and family file. With each update it seems to get smaller!
