Add a Note Section for Patient Personal Notes/Non Clinical/Financial Related Note Section

Would like to see if there is a way to add a note section that personal information about a patient would be kept that does not belong in the clinical or guarantor note...ie: patient just finished their Masters or patient husband just passed away ...

Font Bigger in all modules

Make the patient name windows longer to fit longer names

More room to add patients names that are very long or have 2 last names. Especially so insurance companies can match them with no issues.

Stop using WorldPay for Merchant Services

Worldpay has horrible customer service and is extremely difficult to use for dental offices. We are extrememly dissatisified and plan to drop PowerPay in Easy Dental/ Dentrix in order to use a better servicer for our CC processing.

Default provider attached to procedure code

Too Many Windows open

Coming from EasyDental, where everything is one window. Not several open windows. Every time you click a different icon it opens another window. It shouldn't be like this.

Change the way route slips print
