split providers on appt book view ex: PX (hyg) EX (dr) two different colors

we would like to split the provider colors on the appt book. If the pt has an exam and a cleaning schd. We want BOTH colors assigned to each provider to appear on the appt book.

Ability to have a view with more then 10 providers

The view option at the moment only allows for a max of 10 providers.

adding an icon to appointments to show completed questionnaires

I think there should be an icon on the appointment to show if a patient has completed their questionnaires. It will save time.

BUG: appt Inconsistency between Dentrix and DF

Apparently, if you change someone’s appt by moving them to a different spot/date and movie someone else into their spot. those things do NOT get updated in DF so the person who was moved to a different date still gets appt for the date they no lon...

To be able to change our office hours starting on a future date

We are changing our office hours starting 4-1-23, but there is no way to change them for a future date because it will make the changes as of today. :)

Add a pop up warning to continuing care if scheduling a patient before they are due

This is useful especially for the insurances that will not pay a claim if the patient is even one day early for a cleaning

Bring back the automatic status update

Please bring back the automatic status update on the appointment book after the patient has submitted their kiosk questionnaire. Tech support told me this is no longer available in the Dentrix Hub.
