When printing Appointment Book View, we’d like to be able to have the option to turn off things like:
the shaded areas: closed times or unfilled appointment slots, etc
the notes on the left – these blocks have no benefit on a printed sheet
The primary reason to print on paper in a paperless office is to write notes. All these excessive lines make it difficult to write notes…. and let’s face it, no one is slowing down to make it easier to read handwriting.
Also, the option to print the Appointment Book in landscape would be great! The Appointment Book is set up to be viewed wide. Printing that way would be helpful.
