Frequency updates/alerts should be attached to the LEDGER, not continuing care (which is our working recall list).

Prompt to change status for all of patient's appointment same day when change on 1 appointment

Sometimes patient's are scheduled to see Dr and hygiene in the same visit, but they are separate appointments on Dentrix. Can there be an option to update all same day's scheduled appointments when changing the status on 1 appointment?

Provider Schedule

Allow the ability to look at the appointment book while updating the provider's schedule. Currently, you either need to write down all of the changes and then go and update the provider schedule or you need to do one day at a time.

Remove random gibberish symbols

random gibberish symbols appear on the note section of the appointments. this is a complete waste of time to click on the note when there is nothing actually there other then gibberish

We have a stamp with a template to guide the clinicians on what we need to know for the patient when they are being dismissed. For example T(for today) to write down what treatment was actually completed at todays visit and NDV(next doctors visit)...
