Tx Planning - Use next years INS benefits

Checkbox that allows you to show next years benefits. The only option right now is to use benefits (may be used up for the year) or have no benefits showing. Would be nice to give pt estimated portion for tx they will be doing the following year.

Increase the Column width of the Treatment Planner Print

Increase the Column width of the Treatment Planner Print, since the totals show cutoff when the amount exceeds the 7 digits and in the G6 we did not had this issues, it all started in G7

Batch removal of OLD treatment plans

This would be helpful if we could run a "Patch" that would remove OLD/expired treatment plans by specific time frame [i.e. say I wanted to remove ALL treatment plans older than 3yrs. for all patients.]

Show if treatment is scheduled while in the treatment planner

It would be nice if there was an "s" or some indication of whether the treatment is scheduled, while in the actual treatment planner.
