when closing appointment information window, a warning pops up to indicate that the office is not open at that time, or the provider is not available, etc. Please make an option to disable that pop up

At times we have to place appointments during typical off hours or when the provider may not be there. Having to close this popup window constantly slows us down, and we want an option to disable it.

Setting date for block/perfect day scheduling

I would like to create a block for my office, but want to start in the next calendar year. IF we could have an option on when to start, and even stop, a particular block that would be helpful.

The Appointment Time Pattern should not block an appt from being booked if there are too many Xs or slashes. Our practice does not use them and it's time consuming to have to go to that area to alter the time pattern just to be able to book an additional appointment. It should allow us to book as many appointments as we choose without having to alter the time pattern.

It is very time consuming when we cannot schedule an appointment without adjusting the time pattern. We do not need time patterns at our office.

searching for open appointment

when searching for open appointment time slot, DENTRIX is showing appt blocks where there is already an appt scheduled. It should show only OPEN time blocks.

Patient arrival alert

We would like a better way to view when a patient arrives. Currently we change the appointment status color, but this is often overlooked. It would be great to have the appointment start flashing.

Why was the double click to make a new patient appointment taken off?

The update deleted our ability to make new patient appointments with one click. All of our patients are pediatric so they are never the grantors. Now just to make a new patient appointment we have to put in all parents information then add the chi...

See individual pricing on appt instead of just subtotal

when you double click on an appt you can see what is attached and a subtotal. it would be nice if each line item showed its fee there.
