When confirming appts, use Y or N
The patient is able to either confirm or cancel their appt with one text. This will not reschedule the appt, but gives the office more notice of open appt they can fill.

I need to be able to skip days the office is closed when advancing days on my schedule.
It is a total waste of time for the calendar to show me the days that we have clearly blocked out that we are not working. I don't want to have to skip through all the weekends and holidays and vacation days when searching the schedule.

Setting date for block/perfect day scheduling
I would like to create a block for my office, but want to start in the next calendar year. IF we could have an option on when to start, and even stop, a particular block that would be helpful.

Integrating Appt Reason to the Treatment Plan
When scheduling 6mo in advance we select the reason for appointment. When we give cost estimates the 6mo appointment reason is not integrated on the treatment plan & patients do not understand the 2 cleanings come out of the annual max.

add search by birthday in select patient search
sometimes we have patients who have changed names via digital update forms and try to make an appointment. Having a birthday option will make the search more simply.

Set appointment book changes from a specific date and on
So in 6 months my hygienists want to change their schedule. There should be a function that allows us to to that rather than adjusting manually.

Patient arrival alert
We would like a better way to view when a patient arrives. Currently we change the appointment status color, but this is often overlooked. It would be great to have the appointment start flashing.

Add date patient was put on ASAP list
When trying to fill an opening and working off the ASAP list you don't know who was put on the ASAP list first, so you don't know who to call first. It would be nice if it showed the date the patient was put on the list and it would be nice it pat...

Change practice hours for future
You can't change the hours in the future. If you change the practice schedule, the changes take effect immediately. To change the future hours of the practice, you have to manually go in and change each day/each provider individually!
