APPOINTMENT TEMPLATES FOR SCHEDULE

It makes sense to have a schedule template for a software that assists doctors seeing patients. Not having a schedule template is like having a football without the field.

Frequency updates/alerts should be attached to the LEDGER, not continuing care (which is our working recall list).

When we work the continuing care, the next recall contact is updated for the patient. This is not the same as the last date they were actually here as per the ledger (the system told the doctor a patient couldn't be scheduled bc of an appt in Dece...

Auto add mobile number and email address

When adding a new patient to an existing family file, please auto populate mobile number and email address from other family members so we don't have to manually enter them.

To be able to restore something that was deleted.

When deleting names off the Pinboard on the Unscheduled list. Being able to restore due to Dentrix Deleting the actual scheduled appointment.
