Provider Tax Receivables

It would be nice to be able to track Provider Tax income for a period of time for doing taxes.

Displayed Production and Day Sheet Match

It would be incredibly helpful if production numbers and the day sheet matched -- at least more closely. It's unclear where the production numbers are sourced. (Is it the actual appointment window? Continuing Care?)

Printing patient's ledger on journal

When we print a statement it shows on the journal so that we can see it at a glance but we print a lot of single or family ledgers and those do not show up on the journal. It makes it difficult to know when a stmt/ledger went out

It would be so helpful to have more options for the journal than Miscellaneous, reminder, phone call It would be great to be able to customize that so that the topics are obvious from a glance

Pull report on letters generated in Dentrix

For follow up to letters, delinquent and otherwise, sent to patients from dentrix. For Eg. It would be helpful to pull a report for a specific time frame of collection letters sent to patients.

office Journal -billing statements excessive listing under one date- need fix

Allow click through to family files, ledgers etc from report preview

Run any report and have active links to allow you to click on the patient to open the ledger, or family file. Huge time saver than having to open the separate module then search

charges compared to UCF for MTD and YTD

we would like to be able to see our charges compared to UCF for Month to date and Year to date totals, and not just the daily totals/comparison.
