If we could put together a report of our VIP patients: preventative care for 25 years, or 6+ implants, etc, we could target those patients whom we need to continue to cultivate a positive relationship with. Our truly loyal, or big spenders would make up the majority of this list and would be the first to receive invitations to special events, gifts, requests for referrals or printed copies of our newsletters. Essentially finding out which individuals or combined families were the highest in overall production value would be very helpful for development and marketing efforts. - Tara Sissom
